Villa Langham Details

Downstairs there is an open plan double height family room with a 50" cable TV and relaxed seating with patio doors leading directly out onto the pool deck.  

There is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar/island, a nook with a casual dining area to seat 8, which looks out over the pool, The kitchen and utility room appliances include American door style refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large washing machine and dryer.

The separate formal dining area has a table seating 6 located directly next to the kitchen. 

There is a separate sitting room to the front of the property which is ideal for those quiet times, when you want to get away from it all.

On the ground floor are one of the two queen bedrooms, the downstairs queen bedroom has patio doors with direct access to the pool deck, it has a 43” Smart flat screen TV with Roku/Netflix/Disney Plus also downstairs there is a twin themed Harry Potter bedroom which has a 24” Roku flat screen TV and DVD player both share the first of the 3 full bathrooms.

There is a separate WC on the ground floor for shared use.

There is a pool table, foosball table, Xbox 360 and games in the games room, with Tennis Racquets. Plenty for all members of your family to enjoy during your stay. 

Upstairs comprises of the master suite which has a king sized bed and a 32” Flat screen Roku/Netflix/Disney Plus this room leads to a large en-suite with bath tub, shower, sink, dressing table and closet. 

There are two further bedrooms one twin themed princess room and one queen room to the opposite side of the property and these share the third full bathroom, both having flat screen Roku/Netflix/Disney Plus TV's.

There is on the galleried landing reading books & games.

All towels and bed linen are provided and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner for your convenience.

There is air conditioning throughout, as well as ceiling fans for added temperature control. 

There is a telephone provided with access to free local calls.

The home is equipped with WI-FI throughout so that you can keep in touch with friends & family back home as well as surfing the net. 

Outside there is an extended deck with pool  – 50” smart TV Roku/Netflix/Disney Plus, comfortable loungers, table, chairs and BBQ.
